West Side Brewing’s location provides the option to host multiple events including birthday parties, fundraisers, corporate meetings and more with two unique spaces to choose from.  Both locations require a minimum $200/hour spending requirement during peak hours or $125/hour spending requirement on off peak hours which can be fulfilled by purchasing anything from the brewery (beer, pop, merchandise, etc).  Peak hours are defined as the following:

  • Mon: No peak hours
  • Tue: No peak hours
  • Wed: No peak hours
  • Thu: After 5pm
  • Fri: After 4pm
  • Sat: After 4pm
  • Sun: No peak hours


The Ruehlman Room is an operating warehouse space with view of the brewery equipment.  It is the back taproom with a door leading to Ruehlman Street.  This room can accommodate up to 70 people easily (with seating for 32) and can be used to host private corn hole tournaments or bands.  NOTE: This space is not available after 4pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.


The Wullenweber Room is a private venue option. This space is ideal for smaller events and can be shut off to the rest of the brewery.  This room can hold up to 40 people.  It includes a TV, a garage door which can be opened or closed and minimal seating (for now).
